01. Shipping States - Where do we ship wine?

Where We Ship
We ship non-wine items (gift baskets, gourmet food & chocolate, gift certificates and accessories) to all 50 states.

Many states prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine to residents of their state. State laws on wine shipping are complex and under constant review, and we look forward to a day when all states open up to out-of-state retailers so we can offer you all our full assortment of products.

States with zip code restrictions on wine shipments
Local laws prevent us from shipping to certain zip codes in the states below. Information regarding zip codes that are not currently serviced by will appear at the time that orders are placed.

States with additional regulations
Connecticut & New York: State regulations prohibit wine and food from being shipped in the same package. Gifts & Baskets ordered that include both food and wine will be sent in two separate packages.

Texas:Texas state law prohibits us from shipping wines containing more than 16% alcohol.

02. Shipping Rates - What do you charge for shipping?

We offer the following Shipping Option.

• Ground (Approximately 3-10 days)
• 3 Day
• 2 Day
• Next Day

WINE orders: The cart will calculate the rate based on the number of bottles ordered. The standard rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are updated.

BASKETS or COLLECTIONS: The rate will vary based on size, weight and contents. The standard rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are updated.

Wine Clubs: Only Standard Shipping is available for Wine Clubs. Wine Club shipments will arrive within 5-14 business days after shipping on the scheduled intervals.

During extreme temperature (hot or cold):
Shipping and handling charges may be slightly higher for wine shipments to cover rapid delivery to minimize the chance of damage. This additional cost would be reflected in the shopping cart at checkout.

Note: Select merchandise may require additional shipping charges which will be reflected at checkout.

03. Bottle Limits - Why would the shopping cart limit the wine I can buy?

In most states, regulations limit the amount of wine that can be shipped to a single address in a given period of time. The limits vary state to state, some with monthly limits and others with yearly limits. Because of these regulations, if an order you are placing will exceed the bottle limit to your shipping address, our shopping cart will not allow you to place the order and will let you know you have exceeded your limit.

There may also be times when we, or one of our distributors, a winery or wholesaler has specified a limit on a specific wine because of limited availability. If you encounter a limit and would like further clarification, you may contact us.

04. Shipping Outside U.S. - Do we ship outside the 50 U.S. states?

At this time, we only to addresses within the 50 U.S. states.
